I absolutely love this hotel and will stay here every time I visit family in Pereira. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool and sauna are great perks and free to use. Breakfast is impressive, with a huge variety, including delicious Colombian foods. The property’s beautiful garden is a peaceful spot to walk around, and it's fun to see the fruits growing. The revolving restaurant on the rooftop is really nice and elegant. Highly recommended!

The Itria Palace is conveniently located near the public parking...just steps away from the lift into the hotel. The hotel staff is very attentive and very accommodating to your needs..they go the extra way to help. The rooms are ample with memory beds and pillows...the linens are top quality. The in room bar is perfectly stock. The breakfast is presented in buffet style with fine cold cut meats , breads, pastries, eggs, fruits, yogurt and juices from the region. The coffee choices are a delight for the coffee lover. Rhe hotel is centrally located to do the historical walk and spend a couple of days experiencing beautiful Ragusa and its surroundings towns such us Noto and Modoca.

My stay was fantastic! I had an issue, but the manager promptly addressed it, demonstrating excellent leadership. The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. Highly recommend!

All the facilities of the hotel were great, unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool because the weather was not that good, but the gym was very nice with a great view. The room is spacious and the bed and bedsheets are top quality, amazing pillows too. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of local food (arepas and fruits) and regular hotel breakfast (like bread and eggs). I also had the opportunity to try the room service and the experience was also great. I highly recommend this accommodation!

The hotel is amazing. The staff is very hardworking and always have a smile on their faces.The food and presentation at Cook's restaurant was perfect. The waiters were excellent. I have absolutely no complaints from our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking. This place exceeded our expectations.

Everything was good. The breakfast is the best in Pereira with a huge variety of food. You can even warm your own arepas on a small grill. The rooms are fantastic, modern, and clean. The location is the best in Pereira. You have a lot of parking space. It’s very secure and has gate at entrance It’s has a 360 rooftop restaurant. I really recommend this place.
